The Dillon Precision Square Deal B is a 4-station auto-indexing progressive reloading machine built for handgun ammunition. It ships with a factory-adjusted carbide die set in the caliber you select, so there are no dies to buy or set up — unpack it, mount it, and start loading.

Standard features include an automatic powder measure, automatic priming system, and auto-indexing shellplate. Every pull of the handle advances the shellplate and produces a finished round, at approximately 400–500 rounds per hour.

The Square Deal B uses Dillon's proprietary SDB dies and loads handgun calibers only. Additional calibers are available as Square Deal B caliber conversion kits.

This one comes set up in 9mm, with the dies and shellplate for that cartridge installed and adjusted at the factory.

What calibers will the Square Deal B load?

The Square Deal B will produce match-quality ammunition for 18 pistol calibers, covering straight-walled handgun and carbine cartridges from .32 S&W Long through .45 Colt.

The machine comes complete with one caliber conversion already installed.

Does the Square Deal B index automatically?

Yes. The Square Deal B uses a 4-station automatic-indexing toolhead - all of the reloading steps are performed with a single stroke of the handle.

Does the Square Deal B come with dies?

Yes. Every Square Deal B ships with a set of carbide dies for the caliber you choose (44/40 uses steel dies), factory pre-adjusted in a removable toolhead.

Will the Square Deal B load rifle cartridges?

No. The Square Deal B is a pistol machine, built for straight-walled handgun and carbine cartridges. If you need to load rifle ammunition, look at the RL550C or the XL750.

Do I have to readjust the dies when I change calibers?

No. With the Square Deal B's removable toolhead, your dies stay in perfect adjustment. There's no need to screw them in and out, even when changing calibers - the toolhead is held on by four allen screws and lifts straight out.
