Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Dillon Precision will accept the return of any unaltered product within 30 days of the product shipment date for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return under the 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions apply:

• Proof of purchase with a timestamp is required.
• Must have original packaging (opened or unopened), with all parts and accessories included.
• The product must be unused and unaltered.

If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund and the 20% restocking fee will be waived.

If purchased from an Authorized Dealer, refunds must be handled by the Authorized Dealer. Dillon Precision will proudly support the product regardless of where it was purchased.

Non-returnable items

• Range Brass orders are not refundable or returnable.
