Warranty terms

Parts under warranty are covered free of charge but may be subject to shipping and handling charges.

Some items may only require a photo for verification, such as small wear components. Other items may need to be returned for replacement. Dillon Precision reserves the right to determine if any product needs to be returned.

Dillon Precision reserves the right to refuse warranty service or void coverage at its discretion in cases including but not limited to product modification, neglect, misuse, or installation of non-approved components.

The Dillon Precision Limited Warranty does not include the installation of warranty parts. If you need assistance installing parts, we highly recommend purchasing the Clean & Lube service, which includes installation of warranty parts.

Modifications or add-ons

Any modifications to Dillon machines, or the addition of automated or mechanical add-ons from non-Dillon manufacturers (other than the DA3000 on the RL1100 and CP2000 machines), are not recommended and will void your Dillon warranty.

Returns and refunds

Returns for refund or exchange are covered separately. See our Return & Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee and its conditions.

Limitations of liability

Dillon Precision’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts as described above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dillon Precision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, lost profits, or injury resulting from the use or inability to use any Dillon product. This limitation applies even if Dillon Precision has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Dillon Precision complies with all applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
