The Dillon Precision RL1100 is an 8-station progressive reloading machine engineered for high-volume production of match-quality pistol and rifle ammunition. Capable of loading cartridges from .32 ACP through .308 Winchester, up to 2.75" overall length, the RL1100 combines production speed with the precision, durability, and reliability Dillon reloaders expect.

Standard features include a variable-speed electric case feeder, built-in primer pocket swager, automatic powder measure, automatic priming system, and auto-indexing shellplate. The RL1100 is capable of producing approximately 1,000–1,200 rounds per hour.

For even greater production capability, the RL1100 is compatible with the Dillon Automation DA3000 Autodrive, increasing production capability to as much as 2,000 rounds per hour.

Capable of reloading up to 3,000 rounds per hour paired with the DA3000.

What calibers will the RL1100 load?

The RL1100 can load cartridges from .32 ACP through .308 Winchester, with a maximum cartridge overall length of 2.75 inches.

That includes many common cartridges such as 9mm, .38 Super, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .223/5.56, .300 Blackout, and .308 Winchester, provided the appropriate RL1100 Caliber Conversion Kit and dies are available.

Does the RL1100 index automatically?

Yes. The RL1100 uses a 8-station toolhead with an automatic-indexing shellplate, so the shellplate advances as you cycle the handle, with no manual rotation between stations.

Does it prime/swage cases?

Yes. Priming and Swaging automatically happens on the downstroke, and the machine ships with both large and small priming systems so you can load a full range of primer sizes.

What warranty does the RL1100 come with?

The RL1100 comes with a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects so customers can test performance risk-free.

The RL1100 is an 8-station, automatic-indexing progressive machine built for high-volume loading. It loads cartridges from .32 ACP through .308 Winchester, with a maximum cartridge overall length of 2.75 inches, and produces approximately 1,000-1,200 rounds per hour.

Built for durability and smooth operation, the RL1100 features a roller bearing drive system, a heavier frame for rigidity, and improved shellplate indexing. It has an upgraded primer pocket swager with a user-replaceable swage rod tip, a spring-loaded priming station locator, a reinforced toolhead bolt and washer, and is compatible with 1050 caliber conversions.

For automated high-volume production, pair the RL1100 with the Dillon Automation DA3000 Autodrive.
