The DAA Auto Case Sorter (ACS) is a groundbreaking reloading accessory that mounts under your case feeder, inspecting each case before it enters your reloading press. It prevents inverted or incorrect caliber cases from reaching the shell plate, reducing jams, minimizing downtime, and ensuring consistent, high-quality ammunition.
Utilizing a patent-pending design with mechanical arms and magnetic sensors, the sorter measures case rim dimensions and height to distinguish between calibers—even differentiating a .38 Super from a .38 Super Comp!
Dillon Mounting Kit (INCLUDED) – Contents
Dillon Mounting Kit
This mounting kit for the DAA Auto Case Sorter includes all the parts necessary to mount your Auto Case Sorter onto a Dillon press, whether it is a 650/750, a 1050, or an 1100 model.
Each of these models requires different lengths of case-feeder tubes, so the kit includes a mini hacksaw to allow you to cut the lower (longer) tube to the correct length for your press.
This kit includes two 3 mm steel rods to hang and stabilize the Auto Case Sorter (ACS) beneath your case feeder. If you wish to orient the ACS at different angles, you can also use an articulated support arm (not included), which can be attached to the back of the ACS where a dedicated threaded insert is provided. These can be purchased inexpensively from Amazon or other suppliers of camera articulating mounts.
