THE XL750

The XL750 is an automatically indexed five-station progressive reloader with an optional automatic casefeeder and powder-level sensor. Available in all popular pistol and rifle calibers from 32ACP up through the belted magnums, Dillon’s XL750 is the successor to our XL650, which resulted from several years of listening to customers expressing their fondest wishes. We took every good idea we and our customers ever had, tested them extensively, and then incorporated them all into the design of the XL650. The XL750 is a more-than-worthy successor, with more caliber capabilities and an easier-to-change priming system.

Capable of loading 500 to 800 rounds per hour, its five stations will perform the following reloading operations simultaneously: Station 1 resizes and deprimes the case; Station 2 primes, flares the case and dispenses powder; Station 3 can be equipped with a powder check system or a bullet feeder; Station 4 seats the bullet; and Station 5 crimps the bullet into place. The XL750 uses standard 7/8-14 threaded dies, as long as they deprime in the size die.

The XL750’s shellplate is mechanically indexed when the handle is cycled, and the operator must either utilize the optional casefeeder or fill the casefeed tube manually. Cases are mechanically inserted at Station 1 and the operator must manually place a projectile at Station 4 before cycling the handle each time during the reloading process.

The basic machine includes the following: The machine, a powder measure with standard small and large powder bars (small bar installed); a priming system with large and small priming parts ; one large and one small primer pick-up tube; one early warning buzzer and rod for priming system; one toolhead; one powder die; one loaded-cartridge bin; one set of standard Allen wrenches; and an instruction manual.

Note: Caliber Conversions & Dies Sold Separately

THE RL550C

The RL550C is a manually indexed four-station progressive reloader capable of reloading over 160 different pistol and rifle calibers. An optional automatic casefeeder is available for handgun calibers and the RL550C’s manual indexing feature and an available magnum powder bar or “Belted Magnum” Powder System make it possible to load the largest magnum rifle calibers.

The RL550C’s versatility is almost unlimited and its quick-change toolhead allows the user to change calibers without having to readjust dies. The RL550C uses standard 7/8” by 14 dies, as long as they deprime in the size die.

Capable of loading 400 to 600 rounds per hour, its four stations will perform the following reloading operations simultaneously: Station 1 resizes, deprimes and primes the case; Station 2 flares the case and dispenses powder; Station 3 seats the projectile (bullet); and Station 4 crimps the bullet into place.

The RL550C’s operator must manually insert a cartridge case at Station 1 and place a projectile at Station 3 before cycling the handle, then advance the shellplate and repeat the process.

The basic machine includes: one machine, a powder measure with standard small* and large* powder bars (small bar installed), one priming system with large and small priming parts; one large and one small primer pick-up tube; one early warning buzzer and rod for priming system; one toolhead; one powder die; one loaded-cartridge bin; one set of standard Allen wrenches; and an instruction manual.

THE SUPER 1050

The Super 1050 is an eight-station progressive loader that includes a swager to remove the crimp from military primer pockets, and is capable of reloading all the common handgun calibers and several popular rifle calibers.

Dillon’s Super 1050 evolved from the original RL1050 and features a lengthened frame and a crank assembly that provides increased functional stroke to accommodatelonger cartridges, including 30-06, 6.5 Creedmoor and 308 Wincheter, yet the handle stroke is at a minimum, meaning less work for the operator. The Super 1050 is warranted for life from defects in materials or workmanship, plus a one-year, 100-percent warranty against normal wear and tear.

This is a heavy-duty machine capable of loading 1,000 to 1,200 rounds per hour. The automatic casefeeder is standard equipment and the Super 1050 comes (optionally) with factory adjusted loading dies in the caliber of your choice.

THE SQUARE DEAL B

The Square Deal B (SDB) is an automatic-indexing four-station progressive reloader designed to load moderate quantities of ammunition for common handgun calibers ranging from .32 S&W Long to .45 Colt. It comes from the factory set up to load one caliber.

The SDB uses proprietary drop-in insert style dies and is capable of loading straight-walled pistol cartridges at a rate of from 300 to 500 rounds per hour. Its four stations will perform the following reloading operations simultaneously: Station 1 resizes and deprimes the case; Station 2 primes, flares the case and dispenses powder; Station 3 seats the projectile (bullet); and Station 4 crimps the bullet into place.

The SDB’s shellplate automatically advances when the operator cycles the handle, the powder and priming systems are automatic as well, but the operator must manually insert a cartridge case at Station 1 and place a projectile at Station 3 before cycling the handle during the loading process.

The basic machine includes the following: one machine; a powder measure with small and large powder bars (small installed); one priming system with large and small priming parts; one early warning buzzer and rod for primer system; a packet of tubes containing one large and one small primer pickup tube, a magazine tube, one primer slide assembly, and one powder measure failsafe rod assembly with bracket; three locator buttons; one toolhead; one powder die; one caliber conversion kit; one set of carbide dies (except for .44/40); one spent primer cup bracket, screws and cup; one loaded cartridge chute with screws and plastic bin; and an instruction manual.

THE RL1100

The newest high-speed progressive reloader in our line – the RL1100 – features an eccentric roller bearing for smoother operation while increasing the force and longevity of the machine. Through Dillon’s commitment to quality and design, the RL1100 features a more robust primer pocket swaging system. The swaging rod diameter has been increased and changed to a wear-resistant steel with a replaceable tip.

A new shellplate indexing system creates a more precise and smoother movement, helping to reduce case wobble and powder spillage. In addition, the primer pocket station locator is now spring loaded – this allows you to easily remove cases at the primer station.

With Dillon’s commitment to quality, we’ve increased the rigidity of the toolhead with a larger flange washer and increased the base frame for a more rigid and stable foundation.

In addition to improving the design of the RL1100, we added our new variable speed casefeeder, which gives you twice the speed as the original design. We’ve always known that some of you want to automate your machines and the RL1100 its more than capable of handling it – without voiding the two-year factory warranty!   Adding a DA3000 autodrive from our sister company, Dillon Automation, will increase your output to a whole new level. Available in all popular handgun calibers and rifle calibers up to an overall length of 2.75”, the RL1100 comes set up in one caliber of your choice with an automatic casefeeder. Quite simply, our best, for those who’ll accept nothing less.
