  • Customer Service Representative

    Dillon Precision is actively seeking a committed and professional full-time Customer Service Representative to bolster our esteemed team. We are particularly interested in individuals who possess a robust background in customer service coupled with expertise in reloading. This pivotal role entails providing exemplary customer support services while leveraging your comprehensive understanding of reloading practices and equipment.

     

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to exceptional service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around addressing inbound inquiries with efficiency and precision within our esteemed Scottsdale call center. This includes adeptly handling incoming calls, facilitating seamless order placements, and extending unparalleled technical assistance to our valued clientele regarding our cutting-edge equipment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure prompt issue resolution and overall customer satisfaction.

     

    The ideal candidate will bring to the table a wealth of experience in customer service, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Moreover, a profound understanding of reloading methodologies and equipment intricacies will be highly advantageous in this role.     Job Responsibilities:

    · Answering inbound calls in our Scottsdale call center

    · Taking orders over the phone

    · Providing technical support on our equipment

    · Assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting

    · Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

     

    Job Requirements:

    · Prior experience in customer service preferred

    · Knowledge of reloading equipment and processes is a plus

    · Strong communication skills

    · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    · Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

     

    Position Details:

    · Full-time position, 40 hours per week

    · Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

    · Initial training period in Production and Repairs department

  • Product Associate

    The Production Associate position at Dillon Precision Products consists of assembling parts, kits and products prior to packaging. This position may require the use of basic air, electric, and hand tools. Employee will be cross trained in multiple areas within the Production department.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assembly of parts, kits and products prior to packaging
    • Maintaining a clean, organized working space on the assembly line
    • Work with the Production Team to increase efficiency and output daily
    • Communicate with management to ensure quality control, parts availability and raw material inventory levels are monitored
    • Fulfill work orders as directed by the Production Manager
    • Cross train in different assembly lines as needed
    • Assist with special products when needed

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Production line experience required
    • Attention to detail
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Job entails long periods of sitting or standing
    • Must be able to work independently
    • Analytical and organizational skillset
    • Familiarity of air powered and basic hand tools
    • Familiarity of safe practices in a production line environment

     

    Position Requirements:

    • Hourly Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday
    • 6:00am-2:30pm
    • Must pass drug screening
    • Must pass background check
    • Cannot posses a medical marijuana card (Dillon Precision is a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and the use of marijuana is prohibited.
