Compensation: $105,000-$120,000/yr (based on qualifications & experience) + Bonuses, Medical, Dental, Vision & Competitive 401(k) match

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement go-to-market plans, including target audience identification, messaging, channel strategy, and promotional activities
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and improve performance; The Sales team includes the retail store and customer support
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to shape strategies.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and marketing tactics
Reporting: Manage KPIs and develop reporting that communicates sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness to senior management
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly
Leverage all existing channels to drive increased product awareness, time, spent on the website, and ultimately user loyalty
Budgeting: Manage budget allocations for sales and marketing, ensuring effective allocation of resources
Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to align product development and marketing efforts
Content Development: Utilize both traditional marketing outlets (advertising, events, website optimization, etc.) and emerging approaches (podcasts, viral campaigns) to generate awareness
Represent Dillon Precision at public-facing events and partner meetings as requested; Attend relevant trade shows, join, and lead meetings, work booth, and meet partners
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
Education: Bachelor’s Degree – In Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing and sales software/tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Continuously seeks innovative ways to enhance marketing strategies and drive business growth
Preferably:
MBA
Experience in the ammunition, firearms, or outdoor sports industry

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in both mechanical design and manufacturing. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of turning complex problems into practical solutions. They will utilize their strong leadership and management skills to lead a team through the entire product development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for new and existing ammunition presses
- Carry products from prototype phase to production
- Apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to continuously improve manufacturing processes
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements
- Provide and receive constructive criticism in design reviews
- Maintain records of drawings, reports, etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of mechanical design experience
- Leadership and management experience
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with engineering simulation tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material selection, and engineering principles
