  • General Labor

    The General Labor position at Dillon Precision Products consists of cleaning, sorting, inspecting, and packaging of brass cartridge cases. This position is responsible for using automated sorting machines. This position is noisy and dirty. This position may be required to cross train in multiple areas within the Production department.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Clean, sort, inspect, and package cartridge cases
    • Maintaining a clean, organized working space on the assembly line
    • Work with the Production Team to increase efficiency and output daily
    • Communicate with management to ensure quality control, parts availability and raw material inventory levels are monitored
    • Fulfill work orders as directed by the Production Manager
    • Cross train in different assembly lines as needed
    • Assist with special products when needed

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Attention to detail
    • Ammunition component knowledge
    • Cartridge type and size knowledge
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Job entails long periods of sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
    • Must be able to work independently/self-motivated
    • Analytical and organizational skillset
    • Familiarity of air powered and basic hand tools
    • Familiarity of safe practices in a production line environment

     

    Position Requirements:

    • Hourly Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
    • Must pass drug screening
    • Must pass background check
    • Cannot posses a medical marijuana card (Dillon Precision is a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and the use of marijuana is prohibited.

  • Product Associate

    The Production Associate position at Dillon Precision Products consists of assembling parts, kits and products prior to packaging. This position may require the use of basic air, electric, and hand tools. Employee will be cross trained in multiple areas within the Production department.

    • Assembly of parts, kits and products prior to packaging
    • Maintaining a clean, organized working space on the assembly line
    • Work with the Production Team to increase efficiency and output daily
    • Communicate with management to ensure quality control, parts availability and raw material inventory levels are monitored
    • Fulfill work orders as directed by the Production Manager
    • Cross train in different assembly lines as needed
    • Assist with special products when needed

  • Warehouse Clerk

    The Warehouse associate is responsible for moving incoming product to assigned warehouse locations for storage, pulling materials for production work orders, assisting employees in finding parts, and additional tasks as directed by management. The clerk will be expected to follow and uphold safety standards, cleanliness of their work environment and follow all OSHA guidelines.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • · Movement and storage of warehouse materials, supplies and products.
    • · Stocking warehouse with materials from receiving
    • · Fulfilling work orders
    • · Pulling orders for production lines
    • · Down stocking and restocking warehouse shelves/racks
    • · Restocking production lines with materials
    • · Restocking shipping product locations with completed products, parts and assemblies
    • · Using PC to utilize ERP system for inventory activities
    • · Assist employees with finding parts or supplies in warehouse
    • · General organization and cleanliness of warehouse
    • · Using equipment such as pallet jacks, scales, label printers, Windows PCs, cardboard bailer, etc.
    • · Packing and boxing products when needed
    • · General help throughout production facility as needed

     

    Position Requirements:

    • General warehouse experience required
    • Able to lift up to 100lbs
    • Job entails long periods of standing, walking, picking up and placing down heavy items
    • General knowledge of Windows PC
    • Analytical and organizational skillset
    • Familiarity with warehouse equipment
    • Pallet jack, forklift, reach truck experience required
    • Familiarity with safe practices in a warehouse environment (OSHA knowledge preferred)
    • Customer service mindset when assisting other employees
    • Effective communication skills to work with management and other employees
    • Experience in a team environment
    • Knowledge of ERP/Reverse logistics systems preferred but not required
