spilled powder

My press seems to be accumulating spilled powder.  After about 50 shells or so there is powder showing up on the shell plate and the bench.

I am using Red Dot powder and TiteWad as well.  Both of these powders seem to be doing it. I don't think it is a static issue causing some of the powder to hang up but I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks

RE: spilled powder

try eliminating static first, this is the most likely cause. Cut a long strip from a dryer sheet, insert it inside of the plastic powder hopper, all the down to the bottom of it. Fold the excess over the top, secure to the outside of the hopper with tape. Add powder.

RE: spilled powder

Problem is not electricity, broblem is part no 13853 is hollow.
Fill the cavity with epoxy, leave tunnel for adjusting screw.
You can also fill cavity in 13652. This helped me.
Why do they not make these parts solid ?
