Small primer cup that feeds into ram is catching.

I have tried to adjust the screw multiple times to get the primer cup to fit exactly correct but the issue seems the bar that pushes the primer pickup back and returns it doesn't stay aligned with the plastic white wheels. It's causing my Dillong 550b to flip primers right before going in the cases.

If I unload all the primers in the tube and just use the press I can feel the lip of the primer cup catching. I end up manually moving the primer pickup bar to the right so the wheel that's located on the primer bar aligns with the wheel on the spent primer area. This then allows the primer cup not to hit the ram when seating primers.

I am out of ideas on how to get the wheel on the primer bar to stay stationary in the right spot so it will line up correctly when seating primers. The primer pickup works great, I just end up flipping primers due to the cup catching the ram.

This is on an older 550b press. My other press works fine without issues.

I also tried taking my bar out of my other press to the press that isn't staying aligned and it didn't make a difference. It seems my newer press has more tension on it and just feels tighter. My new press also has a square shoulder up top by the bar where my older has a rounded corner design on the actual frame itself. No idea if due to the older design of the frame this is causing it not to stay aligned? Any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Had to remove the two screws in the ram and then realign everything and it fixed the issue. Way more work than I was anticipating but it's smooth as butter now.
