SDB PRIMER pickup

The auto primer body on my SDB may be worn. The cup on the primer pickup slide does not line up with the primer drop tube cap(red lpp cap) . The primer body has an inset of metal that the primer cup slides in on to pick up a new primer and is no longer very proud of the sides of the body. The primer cup leans left looking in at it as the set screw which secures the primer punch and spring only contacts the punch on one side and angles it slightly. It is just misaliged enough that a new primer will not drop into the cup.
Is this a wear area that can be replaced or do I need a whole new auto primer body?
The cap, plunger , spring and red drop are all new.
Thanks, Jim

Unlikely the primer feed body is worn out. Email us for a replacement primer slide assembly. Please include your address.

RE: SDB PRIMER pickup

The SDB comes with a slide for LPP and one for SPP. I took the SPP slide which I have rarely used and positioned it in place below the appropriate drop tip (green) in the primer body and the SPP cup is still angled slightly to the right and the SPP that I dropped, down, the tube will not drop into the slide cup.
