SDB leaking powder

Customer 969914.  Just got the machine back a second time, once in December for a rebuild and then in February for more parts when it would not bell the case.
I noticed that powder was falling down from somewhere on the back of the powder system, especially when I "bumped" at the top of the stroke to seat the primer.  Hard to tell where from.  Also, the top leg of the bell crank would often hit the body of the powder measure and cause a stop or rubbing resistance on the upstroke.  I adjusted the stripper wing nut and got the right amount of tension to keep it from hitting the powder body, but that didn't stop the powder from falling out and piling up on the back of the bell crank and bushing before piling up on the toolhead plate.  Probably made it worse.  I watched the powder bar, and it lacks about 1/4 or so inch being pulled to the right at the end of a cycle...guessing it is allowing powder to escape when it isn't being retracted with correct timing but that is no more than an uneducated guess.
When I try to adjust it by adding tension to try to get the bar to return with more pressure, the top edge of one leg of the bell crank again starts hitting the thickened edge of the area of the body where the powder bar travels.  Losing lots of powder, got pics of everything if that will help.
Thank you.

Please post or send pics. ALso, include pics of the linkage and bellcrank and the powder measure with the handle down and the measure activated.

See pics here in addition to Email. Looked again and cannot tell exactly where powder is coming from as powder bar moves. https://www.flickr.com/photos/downzero/sets/72157650672826570/

RE: SDB leaking powder

I forgot to come back and tie this up! I found a vertical crack in the back of the main body just above the powder bar. It was completely through the casting, and allowed the body to flex enough to let powder leak as the bar moved. Dillon replaced it promptly, and thanks.
