Not receiving order

I ordered an EZ Change kit in 45acp, on January 3, 2021. I have tried to get information about my order with no luck at all. I understand the increase in demand but almost five months now?? A bit ridiculous?? Kit was for the RL 550. Anyone else having a problem this severe??

I'm sorry and more than a little surprised to hear that, particularly with items that are normally in stock. I purchased a replacement machine cover in March. They told me at the time they were backed up like everything else related to firearms, but I still received my package within a month.
I continue to believe Dillon is a great company. I suspect that they are caught up in all of the complications of COVID, the dramatic increase in demand for firearms and related products and perhaps even some of the employee shortages our local businesses are dealing with.
My best "Good Luck" wish to you and I hope to see your entry very soon that you got your stuff.

I received information, from Dillon, this morning. The "EZ Change" kits have a 48 week delay because of the dies included, within the kits. I'm ok with that now that I know my order hasn't been lost in the shuffle. I agree that Dillon is very good company. COVID-19 certainly wasn't their fault.

I ordered and paid for an EZ Change kit for my RL550 on 11/25/20
The backorder at that time was 16 weeks. I have watched the backorder time increase to 20 weeks, then 24, 30, 36, and now 48 weeks. From talking to Dillon I do not believe they have shipped any dies this year.
I am about ready to sell my 550 and buy something I can buy parts for.
