Loaded round hanging up

Hi, just started getting the final station of the loaded round hanging up prior to dispensing into the bin. It falls side ways towards the center of the plate and wedges against the shell in the sizing station.
Please advise.

Also, how much wad pressure should I have loading once fired12GA AA new style hulls?

Thanks!

Just heard about the passing of Mr. Dillon.
My prayers to everyone.

RE: Loaded round hanging up

Thank you for your kind words.
On the SL900 ejection, be sure no pellets are caught in the pockets on the shellplate. This is the most common cause. Next, be sure the ejector wire is pushed down as far as it can go. Operating the handle too slowly can also cause shells to fall inward.
Wad pressure is dependent on how much shot you are dispensing, in conjunction with the wad type. If the hull bulges out at the final crimp station, then the wad needs to be seated deeper. If the final crimp is pushing down excessively, then back up the shot dispenser a bit. This is very much a trial-and-error adjustment.
