I have been using this press when I get a chance,, I seem to have several problems.. Case feeder works well, The first station, I sometimes crush the case; Priming I would estimate that that a primer doesn't position at least once in 10-20 shells.. The powder station seems to be good and I have only observed overcharged shells a couple of times.. I am having a lot of problems with the shot weight.. and wad seating ,, I have had weights of 420 grain to 550 without changing the settings.. the adjusting screw seems to need to be backed out quite a bit.. Also,, crimps,, many times the final crimp bulges ,, maybe due to not seating the wad or possibly too much shot has dropped.. The return plastic fitting on the return rod also breaks.. I may get 200- to 300 shells in 4-5 hours due to down time.. HELP...

I strongly suggest that you phone us for assistance when you can be in front of the machine. Check the grooves in the shellplate for debris that might prevent a hull from fully entering the shellplate. It sounds like the shot dispenser is not set correctly heightwise.
