D-Terminator Quit working after 11 Months

I purchased my D terminator in the mid 90's for 149.95 from a shop in Huntington Beach. the owner talked me into it, he was the head of the Southern California Varmint Association. Anyways he said it was the best out there so I bought it which was his last one on display. 11 months later it just quit on me with a dead screen. I had used it on and off maybe 30 sum days developing varmint loads for several rifles. I never even took the protective film off the screen or price tag off it, they are still on and its still in the box. Same month I closed my shop and started college and put everything away figuring I'd deal with it later, then I got married and life ended for me. Just kiddin, only my hobbies. Well eight years building our house everything in storage and now my kids are 16 and 17 and want to shoot more than just hunt quail in the Mohave, so I am gearing up to reload again. I have a nice new man cave and have been buying mostly all Dillon stuff even though I feel I got burned on this scale. It was an expensive item for me back then at more than half the cost of my 550. When I bought it it was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Is that still good and how do I put in for it. My S/N is 41730261367 Its is a 1200 grains / 75grams model Bar code on box is 609824136812 I'm pretty sure I saw the receipt in a stack of papers that still need organizing if I need it. I just opened the box for the first time in over 20 years. Please someone chime in I need a digital scale to use with my Dillon beam scale, thanks

If your scale was purchased prior to July 1, 1999, it is still under the old lifetime warranty. I suggest you phone or email us for return authorization for replacement. If you email us, please include your address.
