All in one workhorse

I have been toying with the Idea of getting into shotgun reloading and having trouble getting the answer to a question I have from Google so I figured I would ask the experts. What I'm looking for is a Reloader that will do everything from trap loads to 00 Buckshot and slug loads. I'm afraid that learning to reload on my xl650 has spoiled me for a lifetime. I love progressive reloading and don't want to move to a single stage press. It may not be practical but if I were to load 00 Buck or slugs I would like to do it on a Dillon. I have found that Progressive presses (for me anyway) help to idiot proof the process. so to make a long story short will the SL900 do slug and 00 Buckshot? If not currently Is there anything in the pipeline to make this happen? If not why not? I don't see any of the other companies advertising doing this if it's possible it would set you further apart from your competitors than you already are.

RE: All in one workhorse

Crimping a slug is the problem with loading slugs. This takes a powered tool just for this step. Regarding buckshot, the shot dispenser will not feed them. You would need to pre-load the wad with shot, then seat it. This will require a different wad seat tool.

There is just not sufficient demand to load thousands of slug and buckshot rounds to justify the R&D needs yet.

I've been successfully loading buckshot loads for a year now. You just have to manually add the shot, buffer, and overshot card (if used or desired) at the start crimp location. When your hull reaches this position, simply remove it perform the above procedure, then reinsert the hull and continue. Yes, a little more work but doable. I've got it down to about 100 rds/hr.
