650 Issues Timing

I just bought out my cousin reloading setup a XL650 with casefeeder and extras for $350 total. Thought was good deal I love my 550. This thing is a nightmare now I know why I didn’t like full progressive presses I had in past but thought Dillon would be lit better than Hornady so far no. Blew up two primers right away and wasn’t putting much pressure at all. This thing not as forgiving as 550 for sure. Timing of shellplate problems over shoots station. He helped me we rebuilt priming system it was dragging fixed that still problem. I tore it down and put in new indexer he had in parts reset platform with tool he give me way off still overshoots. I guess I’ll for sure call Dillon and either send it in or I think subplate is definitely a problem. Cases also not shuttling in to press right guess slide for 9mm wore out. Blowing primers scary maybe I made mistake just need to stick with 550. Any help be appreciated
Thanks

RE: 650 Issues Timing

Forgot mention press been idle good while. I cleaned it up and lubed it well before started and mounted it on all steel table that is super sturdy where my Forster was moved it. This thing hates crimped cases I take it not forgiving at all like a 550 so definitely have to sort cases I suppose.
Thanks
