16 gauge ?

.

Why isn't the SL900 loader offered in 16 gauge ?

Every fourth-grade Southern schoolboy knows that the best shotgun for bobwhites and for doves as well as for rabbits is a 16 gauge side-by-side with improved cylinder and modified fixed-chokes shooting a 1 1/8 ounce load of 7 1/2 chilled shot.  Lighter and quicker than any 12 and hits harder than any 20.

Every fourth-grader knows it.

Heck, every hound dog knows it.

When ya'll going to catch up with the times.

RE: 16 gauge ?

It is a good gauge, but not very popular anymore. 20 ga 3" and more recently, very light 12 ga shells have pretty much put this gauge out of business. We have no plans to offer a 16 ga version of the SL900.
