I am a first time reloader and I have the 550b press.  I am loading 308 winchester.  I have a question about station 2.  I have messed with the adjustments to this die but I can't seem to fix the problem where the powder spills out maybe once out of 6 pulls.  It isn't alot of powder it is maybe 5 or 6 pieces.  The powder is IMR 3031.  Didn't know if this was normal, or that I have something setup wrong.  The other thing funny about station2 is that sometimes the powder bar binds and you can see the slotted bellcrank? (part 97034) hit just a tad bit low on the powder housing and I can't seem to get it adjusted where that doesn't happen.  You just have to give it a gentle pull, but I don't like that it slips off very suddenly.   I am thinking the two are maybe related.  The powder charge is pretty consistant, it varies by +- .2 sometimes.
