I bought some ammo shot it and reloadid it. It shot great. The next time i tried to reload it cases got stuck so i pulled them out, after that the sizeing die started to crush them, i think i fixed that. Also every time i reload a new batch i have to reajust the seating die. is this normal or did i not set this thing up right any info will help .223 rem

First, are you lubing the brass? Next, now that the brass has been fired a couple of times, have you checked the case length after resizing to see if the cases require trimming?
If you are using the same bullets as previously, then it would be unusual to have to constantly readjust the seating die. If at all possible, I suggest you phone us for assistance when you can be in front of the loader.

yes i take all nesasary steps in the reloading prosess and prep of my brass.and the bullets are the same... thanks for your input will be calling soon.....
