Great new web site but:
* I miss checking each month, on the web, to see what is on the cover of the catalog. We need a section that shows each months catalog cover.
* We need a listing, by city and state, of retail locations that handle Dillon products. There are just those time I cannot wait to for shipping of the next Dillon toy. I want to run down to my local retail store and purchase them.

Soon the covers will be posted under the "Articles" heading on the overhead menu. Sorry, no way to list all Dillon dealers online, but you can phone or email and we'll look up who is closest to you.

How about a Forum comment section?
How about splitting the Dillon manuals into two downloads. One for Engligh and the other one? I see the xl650 download is almost 50mb. It could be 25mb if split into two.
Please consider breaking up the instruction videos into smaller clips and putting those on the web.

We are working on new video manuals now. Will be some time, but we plan to post video footage in short (30second or so) sections as they are available.

You need to list replacement parts for Dillon equipment.
eg: Replacement parts for the Dillon case trimmer, like the motor jam nut I seem to have lost.

The web videos will be great. I'd be happy if you just offered the videos in DVD format. I haven't had a VHS player in the house for years.
I would also like some way to get tracking information on an order. I ordered a 650 last week and it's driving me crazy not knowing when I'm going to get it.
Your products need a little more detail. For example, I had to find out that the 1200 case trimmer deburred the outside of the case on another forum. This kind of information should be on your site.
Just some constructive criticism.

You could just break up the video you already have into smaller parts and post them on YouTube.com for free. It's not very hard to do and it would be a great marketing tool. You could link to your videos from your site and not have to pay for the bandwidth yourself.
