One collet is included with the bullet puller;that is all that is required.

Use a block of lead, hardwood, or a concrete floor is an impact point for the puller. Inertia causes the bullet to work forward out of the case, so you don't use it like you're driving nails, instead use it like you are driving tacks. Unless you are pulling down military ammo with a heavy crimp, a few light blows are sufficient to extract the projectile from the case.

I have one and love it!!!!! It works great.

I must say that the other day while disassembling some .308 rounds the top "nut" shattered..... I emailed Dillion and asked if I could buy a new top and they said no problem a new one is in the mail free!!!!!!! It is complete rightout of the box, you need nothing else.  Dillion gear is top notch, but the customer service is even better.
