   <description>I am new to reloading. I am useing a 550B&amp;#160;and am having a problem with&amp;#160;ever&amp;#160;5th or so&amp;#160;small rifle primers flipping upside down. whats the fix for this? before I caught the problem I actually loaded a few primers into the case upside down, can these be safely removed ?</description>
