This rear sight are available with different width rear U notches to suit user needs.  If you would like a slightly greater amount of light on either side of the front sight, the .140" is by far and away our most popular choice.  The .140" provides an excellent compromise - improved speed and visibility, without perceived loss of accuracy.  The  .156” is a very fast notch width, and is also the choice for use with XS Dot sights.  *The XS Standard Dot sight, approximately .200” tall, is a little bit low for our rear sight for GLOCK Handguns, and users tell us they like to align the center of the dot with the top of the rear sight. 

Our rear sights are compatible with any aftermarket front sight of .215”-.250” height and width similar or less than the rear notch.  They are not compatible in elevation or notch width with the GLOCK® Factory/Trijicon/TruDot/Meprolight front sights, which are too low

The 10-8 Performance rear sight is precision CNC machined from heat treated 4140 bar stock to better resist the nicking and denting that is typical with the wear and tear of daily carry. All 10-8 sights feature a U notch for rapid, intuitive alignment with dot style front sights. The rear face is serrated at 40 lpi to reduce glare in varied lighting conditions.
