 when you have submitted your order, you should immeadiately received an e-mail confirmation, which includes a copy of your order,and an order confirmation number. If you did not receive an order confirmation, then your order failed to go through.

  At this time we do not have the ability to send order tracking information. We are in the process of upgrading our software, so figure in 6 to 12 months we will begin emailing tracking info after the orders have been shipped.

As far as tracking info if you use UPS for shipping why don't you use their Quantumview service. That way the customer is at least informed his order is on the way and they even give an expected delivery date. I know other mail order firearms supply places use this service (like Graf and Sons and I think Sinclair).
