I purchased a used tool head the other day. The dies fit in the tool head and It fits in my XL650. But It doesn't fit on my Dillon Tool head stand. Was there a change in the past. Its about .020" too small.

No specific change, look for a casting bump on the inside of the hole. This is sometimes present, we try to check for this and clean it up with a chainsaw file.
