I just bought a brand new XL-650 and the owner's manual recommends periodic lubing with motor oil for the ram and "axle grease" for the pivots. 

I see how to oil the ram and grease the sliding surfaces but how do I get grease into the crank arm pivots?  There are a couple of holes in two of shaft that could be used to dribble oil into but no zerk fittings anywhere.
