Got my Super Swage out of storage (after 8 years) and it's stiff as a board. Kroiled it until the parts move. What's the procedure to disassemble and lubricate?
Do I use grease like on the 550?

Where the swage rod is, pop off an E-clip using a screwdriver and push out the cross-pin. The handle and toggle easily disassemble. Use grease to lubricate, then reassemble. To disassemble the backup rod, you must first detach the swager from whatever it is mounted to, and remove the large hollow allen bolt that contains the spring loaded detent ball. Then remove the backup rod and push out the pivot pin. Again, use grease to lube with. When reassembling, tighten the set screw until it stops, then back it out in 1/8 turn increments until the toggle freely pivots, but the detent ball holds it in position.

It was only ever used for .45 ACP and 7.62 swaging. Now I'm reloading 5.56. What parts do I need to order?

The parts would have originally come with the swager, but you will need the small swage rod, stock#13209 _$17.64, and the small backup rod, stock#13387_$14.95.

Wow!!! I found my original receipt the other day...and the whole unit was slightly higher than the cost of those 2 parts! I think I'll have to look a little harder for the parts.
