Would any of the forum members know the average time it takes Dillon to ship an order once it has been placed? I can occupy vast amounts of time reading information on reloading. As a newbie I have a great amount to learn. Thanks in advance.

We try hard to ship orders the day after we receive them.
FedEx Ground is typically three to five working days delivery in the 48 contiguous States.

If it's something I'm paying for it's about 5 days. If it's something they are sending me "free of charge" to fix a problem I may have with my machine it's 3 days. You won't find a company like Dillon. 99% of all the problems or questions I've had are answered over the phone.
