I called Customer Service today to get a tracking # - I've placed two orders with you - one for a 550B plus accessories and one for reloading components.

I just checked the weight of the shipment on the Fed-Ex site - 19.8 lbs.  The shipping weight of the 550B is a min. of 25 lbs.  So - maybe this tracking # is the one for the components and not the 550B?

Can you guys give me a call?  Not sure if you know what my # is based on my login or not.

If I don't hear from you I will call you guys.
