Dillon techs or anyone sitting in front of their machine,
Could I please get info regarding the footprint of the Super 1050.
Specifically what is the size (length x width) of the cast foot which supports the press?
What is the diameter of the borings for the machine mounting hardware or the recommended size of the mounting hardware?
Does the vertical square tube support for the case feeder rest on the benchtop? If it does what is the distance from the outside of the square tube support to the far side of the cast foot on the press.
I'm trying to determine the appropriate size I would need to build a mounting plate that I can use with t-track and make the machine removable from the bench if I need to mount another tool such as a vice.

The actual footprint measures 4.5" wide x 4.75" deep. The case feed post is suspended above the bench, does not rest on it. Bolts are 1/4" diameter.

If the only part of the machine in contact with the bench is the foot of the press this wont require a very large mounting plate.

The press, like ALL progressive presses, needs to be firmly mounted to a surface with as little flex as possible. If the mounting system you are thinking about has any flex, I would rather mount with regular bolts and wing-nuts for ease of removal.
