I have a 550 I have had since 1985. It has worked well but it now is harder to use, seems to mess up a lot. I was thinking of sending it back to Dillon for a overhaul. What are they charging for that these days? How long does it take?
BTW, first post here. I am on most all the other boards though.

Cost for a clean/relube/inspection service is $29.95, which includes return shipping in the 48 contiguous states. Typical in-house turnaround time is about three weeks. We tear it down, clean everything in the solvent tank, inspect for and replace any worn or damaged parts, relube and test it.
If you wish to do this, please phone us for return authorization before shipping it in. Ship it to our street address, asn we suggest shipping via UPS or FedEx so it can be tracked.

Will you clean/relube/inspect the 450 for the same price?

Yes, we most certainly will. Just call us for a return authorization before sending it in.

Through no fault of my own, I was born in the wrong country... Have you designated 'agents' capable of performing the same service in New Zealand?
Cheers
