RL450B Powder Measure Tube Glue

The plastic tube / powder reservoir for my RL450B has come loose. Luckily, I caught it before it dumped all the powder all over my reloading bench. The plastic tube does not have any screws attaching it to the metal funnel upper portion of the powder measure, and instead apparently relied upon being glued into there since I see a thin irregular line of black on the inside of the metal funnel. What would be the preferred glue to use to reattach the plastic tube to the metal funnel? Or is there a different method used on the newer tubes that might be appropriate for this?

We used a loctite product called Black Max to glue these in place. First, use acetone to clean the inside metal ring where the tube goes. Apply two large drops of glue, either Black max or a good epoxy such as JB Weld, 180 degrees apart inside this ring. Press the tube in place, twist it halfway around and back to spread the glue. Secure the tube with a wrap of tape, allow to cure overnight.
Alternatively, you can drill holes through the metal ring and plastic tube, and use self-tapping sheet metal screws to secure the tube in place.
