Hi All,
I've loaded thousands of rounds of .45 and .38 on my XL650 and love it.
I also just started using a tiny amount of Dillon Spray Lube and I love it even more.
But... I get very regular jams at the mouth of my case-feeder with the 45ACP (no problems with the .38's). I expect that millions of rounds of .45ACP have been loaded in XL650's. What am I doing wrong??
I do know that I have a "old style" funnel, I use the low speed, and have the large plate in the feeder. The XL650 is bolted to a very stable table.
A link to a typical jam is below.

All suggestions are welcomed!!
Thank you,
Sean

Call or email and request a new style case feed funnel. The new one has a round opening, as opposed to a rectangular opening on the previous one.

you don't have the washer installed under the case feed plate do you? I reload .45 all the time and only occasionally do I have issues and they are generally from having one or two forty cases hiding inside my .45 acp cases. Did you use the block that was supplied with your machine case feed? It only allows one case at a time to fall down inside the well.
