After checking the old posts I can't seem to find anything specific to this problem . When I run a string of primers threw the 650 I get the odd one that is sort of bulging outwards ...not that is isn't fully seated but that is seated yet bulging as if it will pop , also has a small indent in the center ...almost like a pin strike.
I am new to the Dillon , on;y had it a week , other then this it runs like a charm.
Other then this , the only other problem is I am out of brass , it is all loaded!.
I am using Winchester Small Pistol Primers in Starline 38 and 357 brass.
Appreciate any help .

I'm no reloading pro but I think what is happening is that you are not completely punching out the old primer. What you are seeing is the old primer that has been streached by the depriming pin. You may have noticed an unused primer slide down during reloading.

Not had any other problems with this . Never thought of the old primer not popping out. I I'll take a round apart and have a look.
