Primer Bar Spring Replacing

I have a 25 year old Dillon 550 reloader and it seems that the primer bar spring has lost its 
tension. The problem I have is that I cannot find a way to hook the replacement spring to 
the small pin on the frame next to the 2 securing hex screws for the primer system. Is there 
a way or tool used to remove the pin for replacing the spring?

The primer slide return spring attaches to a roll pin. Drive this roll pin partway out, from left to right. Use a punch and a hammer to do this. Drive it to the right just far enough to expose the left end of the roll pin. Hook the loop at the end of the spring over the end of the roll pin, and hammer the roll pin in from right to left, until the roll pin is flush with the right side of the machine frame.
