Preassembled 650?

I tried to send this earlier but it didnt go through. My question was, for a nominal fee for postage and effort.....will/does Dillon preassemble the 650? I think I want a 650 now that I am retired....but I barely know an allen wrench from a slotted screwdriver....

The 650 is shipped as preassembled as it can be. Some parts, such as the handle, case feed mounting post, etc, cannot be preassembled as then it won't fit in the box. The optional instructional DVD does a great job of walking you through the assembly process, beginning with unboxing the machine.

I think you'd find the 550 to be better suited for you; unless you plan on doing LARGE quantities. The 550 is the all around best press you can buy for any money; it's also in my opinion a better press for someone starting out than a 650. If you're doing pistol only, then go with the SDB. For rifle, the 550 is the ONLY press you will ever need. Hope this helps you.
