Powder Measure Question

I have the SDB that came with two powder measure bars. Can anyone tell me the grain window each one is for? When do you have to stop using the small one and go to the big one? I see nothing in the manual. Thanks for any help.

Small bar-2.5- 15 grains
Large bar -12-55grains +

Small bar??? There's a small bar???
Boy do I feel lacking, .... I bought the SDB off a friend who upgraded to the 650. Been reloading my .44. magnums for 2 years. Decided to get the .45 acp dies and reload them too. After 3 hours of fine adjustments and moving the the die body #51 up, then down, then up and adjusting the powder adjustment bar, ... could not get the H.Universal to get below 7.3 grams. I needed 6.1 (6.3 was max, but I build in small error-proofing) for the 230 grain bullets I was loading, ... or wanted to load.
You know that after you turn the adjustment screw out so far, it backs the block up to the slide, won't move any further back, ... and then DUH! breaks!
So, .... I just thought I'd leave this note to those of you who got your first one used and didn't get all the parts. I'll be ordering those replacements parts now, so heed my advise and when that screw starts to just get a lil tight, ... STOP! Read the forums first, ... like I didn't.
