I have recently done some maintenance on my SDB and I replaced the white plastic guide rails that the main body moves on as one was cracked and another was on its way. The press now feels very tight as I pull the lever. Will this wear in?? I am assuming so since its plastic but I don't want to cause any undue strain on the machine.
Otherwise it seems to load fine, everything cycles/feeds correctly etc.
Also separate to maintenance, is there ever a plan for a shell feeder & bullet feeder for the SDB?? or is it just not mechanically viable or something? I love my machine and only reload pistol but I do reload something like 20-30,000 rounds a year or possibly more (ive kinda lost count)
Thanks,
John.

The corner bearings are rather stiff at first, but will wear in rather quickly. It is also a good idea to grease the vertical corners of the shaft to smooth this up, if you haven't already done so.
