Loading with IMR4064

I'm going to be loading .308 and am wondering if i'm going to have issues with the dillon powder measure using IMR4064 I'll be loading 44gn as a starting point. If it will be a problem is there a remedy that doesn't req. differant powder.

No significant problems loading 4064 into a .308 cartridge. Even with the extruded powder, chare weight variations should be within .2 grain. Be sure to pull the handle down slowly, so that it takes at least one full second to move the powder bar from one side to the other. Next, start with the powder hopper at least 2/3 full, throw 10 or so charges and dump them back before beginning to weigh charges.

Slow and smooth is the key with extruded powders.
