Dillons Position On AB 962 In CA

Dillon,

Can you please post your official position on California's AB 962 that will go into effect on 2/1/11 if it isn't 'repealed' before then?

There is a lot of FUD floating around - so I for one would greatly appreciate it if Dillon could use this thread to communicate to us what your position is on this issue. I know it is changing - but please give us your best current official position.

Our attornies are reviewing this law, but for now we will wait and see if an injunction is slapped against it - we expect it to be overturned, and hope it is never active.

THe law was just thrown out as being unconstitutionally vague!

Yea! Thank goodness AB 962 was thrown out. My relatives in TX were really rubbin' the the 'CA is the land of fruits and nuts' saying - whew!
