Had my 550 for at least 20 years, loaded thousands of rounds, primer feeder threads finally stripped out. I sent an e-mail and got a very quick and very short response" Under warranty send your address and we will send a new one". Thats what I call a No BS Warranty!! Love blue presses, just try to get me to use something else!

Amen, About a year ago I decided that I needed another powder charger so I wouldn't have to be switching from pistol to rifle charge bars... Being a tightwad, I picked one up on EBay. When it arrived I discovered that it was for a Square Deal reloader....
No problem, I thought, I'll just order the base fitting from Dillon and adapt it. I ordered the part on the web and when it arrived I discovered that that I had suffered from cranial rectitus and had ordered the base fitting for the Square Deal.....
Called Dillon and asked if I could exchange the part I had ordered for the proper one... Dillon said they'd send me the correct part, no charge... I said it wasn't the machine's fault that I was a doofus and that I was willing to pay for the part but I would like to return the part I had no use for.
Several days later I received the proper part, no charge.....
Now that's a guarantee and customer service when they cover your own stupidity.....
