I have no complaints, only a suggestion. When I place an order with Dillon Precision, either by phone or on the web page, why can't you send to me via e-mail, a shipping confirmation with tracking information?
Other internet merchants automatically do this for me all the time. Why not Dillon? I always call customer service and have to wait in the Que to get a tracking number. Why not save time and send a shipping confirmation with tracking to me instead?
I've been a customer for years, I would like to see this feature offered to your customers please. Thank you
PS-Have an order pending, and having that tracking information would be nice to make sure that I keep an eye out for my packages from Dillon when I get home from work.
