Hello,
I've searched this board and there have been several questions - according to the posts looks like you guys had planned for the order status check to be working by now.
I sent a request into sales@ to check status - haven't seen a response so I thought I would post a message here.
So, is it possible to check order status - get tracking #'s, etc.
Also - is there a way to review orders with the web-site login?
Do you guys have any primers that will work with .223 brass like Remington 7 1/2 or CCI #41?
Thanks,
John W.

At this time we do not have on-line order checking. To do so will require a significant software upgrade in-house. This is being done, but takes time to write modifications to existing software. I don't anticipate it being available anytime soon. For now, you may e-mail or phone for the tracking info. Phoning is fastest, the high volume of e-mail means it is a few days from the time you send one to us until we answer it.
We don't have any plans to store order history online.

Dillon,
I have a consulting business - I specialize in embedded firmware but have done my share of software.
I know a lot of people in the business - and solving this problem should be relatively easy unless you are running your operation on version 1.0 of MS-DOS circa 1982 - which I'm pretty sure you're not.
I'm sure we can come up with an equitable solution to solve this issue.
Feel free to contact me.
Regards,
John W.

Dillon,
Sorry about the double post - I must've hit refresh and it posted twice or something.
Please keep me in mind if you need a hand fixing the order status/tracking issue.
