Cartridge Case Bin

Does anyone here use the Cartridge Case Bin P/N 11185 on their RL550? I am wondering if it attaches to a bracket on the Strong Mount or if attaches to the bin for completed ammo? Thanks.

This bracket attaches to the stron mount. It uses some of the same mounting holes that the loaded cartridge chute/bracket uses.
