I just added 9MM reloading to my XL650 and have noticed the cases are bulged at the bottom AFTER sizing. The case measurments are in spec, but the case looks like a hot load bulge.

Fired cases do not exhibit this characteristic so I know it is not the load or firearm.

 

Any feedback opr experience with this issue? I want to make sure I don't have a bad sizing die.
