The Rapid Trim 1200 B Size/Trim Die for the 7.62x39 caliber is showing up as $224.95 when the other calibers are around $50. Is this a typo, or is there something special about this caliber that makes it harder to make the die?

The 7.62 x 39 trimmer uses a different motor assembly than the other calibers because the shortness of the cartridge requires a longer motor shaft and cutter holder than the other calibers. So this price includes the motor.
