Can I reload this caliber on a xl 650 if so what parts do I need thanks

No can do- the rebated rim design prevents case feeding.

So if I bought the cheaper reloading press ie 550 I can do it but the 650 xl the more expensive loader cannot ? Wow guess I should return my state of the art loader... What if I didn't use the case feeder ?

If you remove the case insertion system from the machine as well as the case feed plunger, then you can feed cases into the shellplate by hand. For this, you use the #2 shellplate, #2 locator pins, the 50AE powder funnel and oversize powder die.
Our machines are designed to meet different needs. The 550B is our most versatile loader, but it is a bit slower than the XL650. The 650 has more options available than the 550B, but has a slightly more limited list of available calibers.
